Tony Cotrupi
President
A graduate of Boston University’s College of Communications, Tony got his start in the business quite literally by accident. Working nights as a waiter, he dropped a steak onto the lap of a (luckily) good-natured Creative Director from Boston ad agency Hill Holiday.
Today he is a frequent guest lecturer and commentator (Boston University, Babson, Brandeis, The New York Times, BBC) and highly regarded for his strategic counsel and guidance in both the B2B and consumer worlds. He has launched dozens of new brands and re-energized multi-billion dollar nationals. His unique blend of strategic thinking and no-nonsense common sense has made him a valued partner for a wide range of clients, including Blue Cross Blue Shield (Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina), CDPHP, Genzyme Biosurgery, Tufts Medical Center, Caritas Christi Health Care, Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Mt. Auburn Hospital, The Harvard Business Review, Ziff-Davis (ZDNet, PC Magazine, PC WEEK, etc.), The New York Times and the United Way.
As President, Tony works closely with partners Walter Mills and Tom Simons in all facets of running and growing the business in addition to overseeing and expanding the health practice.
He lives with his wife, Elizabeth (a full-time youth minister in their local parish) and three wonderful yet occasionally challenging children in the pain-free environs of western Massachusetts.
