Cindy provides strategic thinking around channel optimization for Agilent Technologies and Tufts Medical Center, among other clients. She’s a hands-on architect of contact programs across practice areas, aligning business and customer acquisition strategies to drive revenue, increase customer loyalty and generate ROI.
With over 15 years of experience, Cindy loves figuring out what motivates people, unraveling the business issues and finding creative media solutions. Cindy previously worked at Ingalls, Leonard/Monahan, Hill Holliday and Boathouse Group, with a roster that includes John Hancock, Fidelity Investments, CVS/pharmacy, LoJack and New Balance.
This Boston College grad enjoys living near her alma mater’s football and hoop teams and is an avid golfer and yoga practitioner.
