HarborOne Bank Selects Partners & Simons as Agency of Record
BROCKTON, Mass.—HarborOne Bank has selected Partners & Simons as its agency of record after a competitive pitch. Partners & Simons will handle all creative and media to tell the story of the largest state-chartered cooperative bank in New England, with $2.4 billion in assets, as it continues to grow and expand.
HarborOne Bank has been committed to the growth and success of its customers, communities and colleagues for nearly 100 years. Today, it serves communities throughout southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island and offers commercial and residential lending expertise, personal and small-business banking products and services including mobile and cash management solutions.
The 14-branch bank was impressed by the quality of Partners & Simons’ creative product and the emphasis the advertising agency puts on helping clients build and maintain honest, trusting relationships with their customers.
“HarborOne has a great story to tell, and in Partner & Simons, we’ve found the right partner to help us tell it,” said Dave Tryder, chief marketing officer at HarborOne. “At the heart of our relationship with our customers is trust, and Partners & Simons is uniquely positioned to communicate, celebrate and differentiate who we are as a trusted partner in our customers’ lives.”
“HarborOne has experienced great success in recent years, and our role is to help them accelerate that growth without sacrificing the authentic heritage and personal service that make their organization so special,” explained Andrew Pelosi, president of Partners & Simons, based in Boston. “From our first meeting, I could see we were two like-minded organizations that recognize the important roles trust and humanity play in how people choose a banking partner today.”
